Welcome Programme

At the start of the Autumn and Spring terms we run a fun and informative Welcome Programme to introduce students to key contacts, college life and London. In the Autumn term, this takes place within the context of the University-wide Freshers' Week. The Welcome Programme is mandatory for all students. Students joining London College of Fashion will attend a specific orientation at the College.

Pre arrival

Around 6 weeks before arrival, we will send you a series of emails with useful information and the locations for your Welcome programme.

Pre-registration

All students are required to complete pre-registration before starting their course at UAL.

You must complete pre-registration before the date of your enrolment appointment. You will receive your enrolment appointment time on Welcome Day.

Short Course discount

As a Study Abroad student, you will be able to claim a 10% discount on UAL Short Courses during your time at the University.

These specialist courses take place in the evenings, at weekends and during vacation periods, and are a great opportunity to learn a new skill or develop a particular interest.

The Study Abroad team will tell you how to claim the discount when you arrive in London.
