Enrolment visa and immigration information
Take action to get your eVisa
UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) are developing a digital immigration system. If you have physical visa documents, they’ll be replaced by an online record of your immigration status and the conditions of your visa. This is called an electronic visa (eVisa).
You’ll need to take action before 31 December 2024 to get your eVisa. We'll be asking for eVisa details when you enrol in autumn 2024.
Other visas and schemes
EU Settlement Scheme
This scheme is for EU, EEA and Swiss nationals and non-EEA family members.
If you have applied to the scheme but have not received the outcome yet, you must provide the Certificate of Application (CoA) to UAL and your Home Office letter confirming successful application to the EU Settlement Scheme. You must upload both documents.
If you’ve been granted pre-settled or settled status, you must upload the PDF of your share code to your UAL Portal. For step-by-step instructions, read our guide on how to get a share code.
You’ll need to upload the following documents to the ‘my Online Registration’ section of your UAL Portal:

- a PDF of your share code.
Please be aware that the Home Office is extending pre-settled status for those who are eligible with expiring pre-settled status. If you have received communication from UKVI confirming that your pre-settled status is being extended, please be sure to upload a copy with the above documents.
